Yes, the top climb down to it. It was too wet for us to even climb down.

We came here from Notts 2, our plan was to get into Lost Johns streamway without SRT at all, but we got stopped here due to the water levels.

Yes I did not notice anything too bad, the water levels were not massively high, i.e. Notts 2 streamway although was quite strong was no where near dangerous, this was a few months ago. The duck seemed to be exactly the same level as normal, I suspect it's filled with percolation water.
