17. Fjell is right: I knew I recognised that ship, its the Scillonian ferry.

I have never been on it, but I recognise it. The crest on the bow means it?s one of the very last Royal Mail ships.

When she was nearly new I sailed there with my Dad in a folkboat from Milford Haven. We almost missed the Scillies in the dark due to a steady loss of position with the strong tides and mist. Comic. Sort of. I wasn?t very old. Fell asleep on anchor watch hiding behind Lundy with some fishing boats on the way back.

I am pretty sure 5 is Ardnamurchan, having seen it often from the floaty side. Same trip as going to Jackanory?

The problem with 9 is that is a standard Scottish design, but I am pretty sure it is Dunnet Head.

Definitely right with these two. Did a Scottish roadtrip in August when lockdown was eased and visited them both. I've got a photo a bit like #9 at Dunnet Head - Great Britain's most northerly point - and my photo of the Ardnamurchan Lighthouse looks similar but is of the other side - the car park side - Great Britain's most westerly point (or close enough anyway)

I realise I have been blanking 6 because it is where my mum drags people to because kids obviously will just love it. Postbridge.

How can you have a whole national park centre for the place?

If you are ever north of Ardnamurchan, this is an ?interesting? restaurant. You can?t drive to it, take a boat or walk in.

It?s the sort of place where it can either go amazing well, or amazingly badly. The guy that runs it makes Gordon Ramsay look a model of absolute calm. They do a seafood platter that is obscene, order in advance. And be prepared that he gives your advance order to someone else, because that just seemed a good idea at the time.

Or you could just sit all day and look at the view of Knoydart.

Looks like between you you've got most of them.  I'll leave a few days before posting the answers to give those not being public with their answers time to mull them over.

Those outstanding...
Not seen an answer for 14.  It's not that obscure.  I'll give a clue tomorrow if nobody gets it before then.
If I was being mean I'd ask for the location the photo was taken for 21 rather than what's in the background.

I'm well impressed with the collective lighthouse knowledge of UKcaving!

I would guess just north of Carn Mor Dearg for 21.
