Hmmm - no takers? Another clue time then: this is from COPD, though probably listed therein "for the record" since there appears to be little by way of underground interest. (ie I just liked the name  :) )

Still no takers   :(   so a further clue then: the first two words of the original clue describe the type of structure this is, so that should make the 2nd word easy to work out.
