Let's assume we're looking for initials within 'Fish on Tour' -Fot. The only thing anywhere near that I can find, and in order to gain some traction, let's give Fylfot Fissure on Ilkely Moor a tentative go...

Based on that letter count, it can surely only be one place, even without solving the anagram. But I'm no good at making these up, so I shan't answer it  ;D
