« on: January 09, 2016, 11:12:29 pm »

Wondered if we ought to have a free cycle page (make it sticky perhaps??

So to kick things off..

Kids Decathlon Bike Helmet.

Bought last year and instantly rejected by my son so never used. Just moved from shelf to shelf at home.

That's a good idea.

It jogs my memory that I have three universal NiCad chargers here, surplus to requirements & free to a good home if anyone wants one or more. Charges 4 x AA, C or D sized cells.

I never cracked posting pictures, sorry!

Collect from Dales by arrangement.

Thanks for the offer - if I get chance I'll take a picture. (Got rather a lot of plates spinning as I type.)

Remote battery pack - suits Hilti TE6 only - not the AVR model. Just to clarify, if you have LI-ION batteries this won't work! Won't post but can meet in Manchester or leave at TSG!

Performance Power SDS drill. 240v. Its heavy and quite heavy duty. Packs a bit of a punch and may well be better as a bit of a breaker as opposed to a drill.

been languishing in the garage for a good few years.  IIRC, the motor was starting to smell a bit burney.. like the brushes were going..But seemed fine just now when I plugged it in and gave it a few quick blasts.

Nether Edge.. Works.. Sheffield.. Peak etc.

Hilti Te5a..
The battery has no cells in, it just provides a way of connecting the lead or an external battery pack. The connector is a Nick Williams Standard Derbyshire(TM). Sheffield based. Caver post  is of course an option.

I'd love the caps and Hilti drill Sam, also a Sheffielder :)

Oh I see you're in Nether Edge too. Are you free tonight?

Hi Topimo,

Someones already bagged the drill this afternoon,  I'm afraid.
Someone has all ready shown interest in the caps too - but I'm happy to split them in half so you can have a good tub full.

I'll send you a pm with my details on if you want to pick up later.

Ta

Sam

This used to fit me once   :(

If you are small, ladies size 8/10 and would like a free wetsuit which needs some attention to the zip (and knees), then do let me know....

don't think it will suit a tall person either, I'm 5ft 5.5"

Now gone to a good home  ;D

Lots of them are 30 litre. They are quite robust as most contained concentrated fragrance. Be careful which you choose - your dig will smell for quite a while.

Box of Medium Peak Flash Bulbs going free. Decided that I will never explore anywhere big enough to need these! These were won at Hidden Earth many years ago.
Anybody interested can collect from Caterham, Surrey or hopefully be in S.Wales ( Croydon CC,Ystadfellte) Whitsun Bank holiday.
. Can pm a photo to those interested as can't remember how to do it!

I have had a "fun" day clearing out the garage and came across my old AV suit. It's had a few repairs, the stitching has come undone in several places and the double bit on the bum is ripped but it is probably salvageable. The main reason I replaced it rather than patching it up again was that it had *cough* shrunk *cough*. Would suit ;) someone under 5'8" and less than 40" chest. Milnthorpe area for collection.
