Has anybody been down the filthy five in giants recently, is the symphon working and what's the crack with it?

Syphon doesn't work as far as I know.

I was in the process of building a mega pump over the summer, with the aim of putting some proper pipe through the sump.

However, I've had to move out for a while as our house is being knocked to bits by builders and the bits are all in my garage (which currently has no power to it).

Maybe one day (its only been about 10 years in the offing).
