Gods Bridge River Cave

Does this cave get flooded or is it always accessible? If anybodys been down recently could they let me know how it went and what conditions were like as we are planning going down soon.

In wet weather most of the cave fills completely. There is also a crawl that sumps easily, lots of deep liquid mud, deep water (some swimming) and some awkward ducks that are only passable in drought.

Other than that it's lovely... :wink:

Thanks - we will have to leave this one for dry weather.
 
I can also confirm it can flood very rapidly. I was caught out on a dry summers day when there was no evidence of local rain at all. The river Greta was bone dry when we entered, bone dry when we came out, but by the time we had finnished washing our gear in a pool the river was fully flowing bank full

That crawl through the liquid sticky mud with the water lapping at our heels will be long remembered.
