There are 5 entrances to Yordas to 20 possible through trips, I was thinking of really rubbish challanges and thought you could do all 20 in a day, rigging and derigging each one in turn.

You could of course cheat, and free climb everything but the top pitch, and knock it off in an hour or two :)

Is the log still there on the pitch below the two middle entrances?

It was a couple of years ago when I was last there. You can get a few of the 20 done really quickly, like Middle Upper/Middle Lower and Main Chamber/Lower Lower enchanges would give you 4 out of 20 in a few minutes.

Thanks for everyone's encouraging messages. It was certainly a weekend to remember! I'll try and write a proper trip report at some point.

One of the reasons for putting this thread on here was simply that I always like to read about the caving exploits other people post on UKC. It was a shame that a) there wasn't enough signal to post a few more updates, and b) we couldn't really afford to carry the weight of camera gear once Mark had unfortunately had to call it a day.

Next time you're planning something a little out of the ordinary (or maybe just something ordinary), why not post it on here for a bit of entertainment? It'd be nice if the number of caving topics equaled the number of caving politics topics! ;)

Hi adep, our total time was just under 31 hours, and yeah that was pretty much what we expected.
