I have only listed the caves I have visited (about 50%) but I am still working on it.

For Cullen try NJ 540 677.  It puts it in the sea, but the arrow is pointing in the right direction 
I need to visit this rock overhang to get the correct NGR

For Culzean  try  NS 232 103
