Caving Illnesses

You must taste really nice to insects as I've never been bitten by a tick in my life. Mind you, a flea-infested caravan near Fife in the 1970s did for five members of my family - except me, who didn't get a touch. Maybe I'm the antidote? ;)

Unfortunately you can be bitten by a tick and not realise it. I didn't know I had over a half dozen on me until I searched for them. After they bite they drop off and leave a small itchy bump which you might think was some other sort of insect bite or something else. I even found one b*stard under my watchstrap hours later after sitting on some grass in Dartmoor.
