Hi everyone,

Is there any recent info on the through trio please? Especially with regard to the likelihood of needing my own dinghy.

Thanks

Sam

In there a couple of weeks ago - no issues.

We have re-rigged the canoe (some daft bugga had gone over the top with an over complicated system)
Simple stupid set up now - just pull the rope to pull yourself across. When at the other end of the chamber just remember to make sure the rope isn't a cats cradle of a tangle before leaving the chamber.
Other wise the next party....will be swimming!

We have also replaced the rope in the boat chamber (the jug up bit) . In honesty the rope we left needs getting rid of. (You'll see which one I mean)

Happy travels

That's great, thank you 😊
If its obvious which one needs getting rid of shall I bring it put with me and dispose of it?
Your call there mucker - it's fluffy and there's an alpine 3/4 of the way up it. So it's obvious which one it is. When were back in there we will dispose of it anyway. But if it's done prior even better. The Darwin award is always lurking ... Patiently waiting for anybody that wants to jug up a fluffy rope instead of a nice fresh rope 😂

I'll see what I can do and let you know if I've taken it.
Darwinism seems strong on this route ATM. Instagram has a lot to answer for!!
