Hidden Earth - Camping etc.

This will probably seem like a stupid question, but does anyone have any details for where we're meant to be camping this Hidden Earth?  I can't seem to find the details anywhere.  And for that matter, neither can I find a schedule for when things are meant to kick off.

Can anyone help?
