After having been laid up with Sciatica for a few weeks I'm looking forward to getting back underground this weekend. In the mean time I've been sorting through my hard drives and found these from a photo shoot members of the Dudley did with Go Below in Cwmorthin slate mine.

Goydon Yorkshire
Lovely shot and always great to see somewhere I've not been before[emoji106]

If you do ever venture up there remember that Goyden Pot is EXTREMELY sensitive to rain and can flood at an ALARMING rate, well worth a trip as Manchester pot is just down the road as well

This is an image our team took this week during a 5 day jaunt in the jungle of the Phong Nha limestone massif in Vietnam. We discovered a huge cave 90mx50 but only 900m long and this shot is of another fine cave called Maze cave we discovered on an earlier expedition near our recent discovery. This 4km long cave normally has stunning sunbeams in this passage but alas on our visit this time no sun which is unusual in Vietnam. Maybe next time and we will be able to improve the shot.
