Most threads on UKC I read, enjoy, but move on, but this thread I have just read backwards.

Rather than waiting for it to come up on the home page announcing some more great shots I have just feasted on a load and what a treat plus a great way to dream of adventure.

Hats off to you all, there are some truly great shots on here especially from the experts from the Midlands, the Peak diggers, the Mendip dads army explorers and more recently a great addition from Aditnow - you all know who you are.

More please? https://ukcaving.com/board/Smileys/ukbCustomSmall/clap2.gif

I wonder in future if photographers could add a little set up information with the photos, lighting , camera. editing etc. It would be a great help to the rest of us struggling photographers.

I use the same camera as you do usually in live composite mode ( which is amazing setting once you have mastered it )WB auto the secret is the lights not being to cold , the ideal kelvin rating you want is 5500  -5700 that will give you a nice natural look to your images . Then its a little bit of playing in photoshop which is learning by doing  . Roy fellows once sent me a link for torches etc and you could filter the different ones out to get a good kelvin rating but I cant for the life of me remember to company but I'm sure he will let you know if you ask him. Another thing you need is very patient people to produce the images we can spend over an hour on ONE, most people wont do that .  (y)
