Rowter Hole - weather

I was wandering if anyone has info on how Rowter reacts to rain? Last time I was there some badgers were working on the stream just after the choke to divert the water so that it was a more weather-resistant trip. Does anyone know if this work was completed or if the water is still being diverted? Could the trip be done on a heavy shower day?

I've spent a lot of time down there on various projects and I've never known it to be impassable, other than at the bitter end (down the pitches at the Party Sausage dig). The worst it has ever been in my experience is a bit of a shower down Two Left Wellies.

The water diversions in there have been for a couple of different reasons, but not with the purpose of making it dryer.

Have a good trip!

I went down earlier this year in very wet conditions, the pitches after the badger choke were very lively but perfectly dooable, was fine all the way through the icecream trail and up the rope in Orchasem
