after a very long time away from all the outdoors activities I have been looking to restart the activities that they were always dear to me, and one of them is caving.

I'm not a newbee, I have done a basic and a standart training course, I was a climbing instructor for some years and I still have some of my own equipment.

what I am looking for is for a caving club or group of mature people that can refresh my knowledge and I can rekindle the passion for caving and caving photography.

Does anyone knows of a caving club or group in the South Lanarkshire area that does not belong to a university?
