I have no financial interest in it; just flagging it up in case anybody's looking for something along these lines. Wants doing up but certainly liveable in meanwhile. Asking price is on the low side (for the area) so maybe an opportunity here. There are a few cavers in this village already.

Yes; that would be the ideal result. 

At least the lawn looks well cared for. 

A "sold" sign has now gone up, so it looks like anyone else interested has missed the boat.
