Orange numbers, arrows survey marks appearing in quarries.

I'm trying to locate who is using orange spray paint to mark quarries like Box, Browns etc. Arrows, numbers markings are appearing as if a survey is being created. It appears semi organized as if some 'group' is doing it.

Anyone know who it is?
