Giant's Hole track - problems?

I've heard a few rumours from others that the track leading from the road to the Giant's car park is blocked.

Does anyone who is closer know more before we make the trip tomorrow?

do you mean with snow.. or something more permanent.

Someone said "with mounds of earth", but not sure if this is Chinese whispers and someone has gotten the wrong end of the stick

It looked like someone had tried to plow their way UP the track and stopped, leaving a pile of snow part way up on the track.
Well, that's how it looked from Rushop side on Wed.

We were there today. Headed down the track to the big pile of snow and couldn't get past and were not sure if the landowner had done it on purpose so we left.

Any more news on the Giants track?  If snow was the problem it should have melted before now - though we've just had another dump of wet slush.

Isn't it the only way from the farm to the road? Google Maps certainly suggests so....
