AGM 2024.jpg

Our AGM is this Saturday, 16th March, 10am at Clapham Village Hall.

As well as electing Officers and Committee for the coming year, plus two applications for full membership, there is a proposal to change our name (but retaining the CNCC acronym). The AGM also provides a great chance to hear about everything that has happened over the last year, and to discuss plans for 2024-2025.

If you are interested in seeing what we are all about, meeting our team, putting forward any thoughts or suggestions, or just spectating on proceedings, you are extremely welcome to attend, either in person, or online (email secretary@cncc.org.uk for online joining details at least 24 hours ahead of the meeting). Our meetings are friendly, interesting, and usually done by lunch time to allow time for caving.

The agenda and reports for the meeting are on our website:

For anyone wanting a summary of the goings on at the AGM, you can read the story here:

The minutes are being written-up at the moment, and will go through a one-month review period amongst our attending members before they are posted on our public website, so hopefully should be there by around the end of April :)
