Lancaster Hole Entrance Rope

There has been an unmarked orange 60 metre rope dominating the Lancaster Hole entrance pitch for the past couple of weeks. Unfortunately, it uses a Y-hang in the entrance chimney, which makes it awkward to rig over.

Does anyone claim it, and if so, are there any plans to remove it in the near future?
