Just to confirm, the British Caving Library (BCL) has received its copy and a very fine piece of work it is too - Kevin Dixon is to be thanked for the immense amount of work he has put into producing this. It is beautifully bound and the contents are amazing so it is well worth having and will be accessible as a reference copy for anyone who visits BCL. It is a pity that it can't be made available online but the Farrar family's views have to be respected and Kevin's bound copies are now available at a variety of sites around the country for those who are interested.
