CNCC 2020 AGM, this Saturday 7th March, 10am Hellifield Institute
Everyone welcome regardless of whether you are a club or non-club caver.
As well as the reports, which provide an excellent opportunity to hear and discuss latest news and developments and Q&A with the Officers, the AGM provides the chance for you to tell us what more we should be doing for northern caving. You will find an extremely welcoming, positive and progressive atmosphere, a good chance to make new contacts, ample opportunity to put your ideas forward, and to develop a better understanding of the work that goes on behind-the-scenes to help improve northern caving.
We usually finish around lunch time so plenty of time to go caving afterwards. We have arranged for a (very) slight improvement in the weather this weekend.
The agenda for the meeting and all the reports can be found here:

If you are one of our member clubs (https://cncc.org.uk/about/clubs.php) don't forget to either bring a letter of authorisation naming your representative for the meeting or to email me (secretary@cncc.org.uk) to notify who your representative will be in advance. This is a constitutional requirement for General Meetings if you want to vote.
Finally, on a personal note, this will be my last meeting as CNCC Secretary, having been in the role for six years. Our Treasurer, Pete Bann is also standing down after five years of excellent work. We have two extremely keen and capable replacements who have come forward. Why not come along and meet them and show your support?
