Which party? They must have been pretty confident it was going ahead - it's not even been through the Lords yet.

I hyave been getting them for ages. You can always tell when an election is in the offing in that everybody falls over themselves to tell you what they have been doing. The Lib Dems are a bit better as they tend to put out leaflets are regular intervals.  One other party's leaflets only ever appear prior to an election.
