Anyone any knowledge on any bad air in sir Francis level, gunnerside? Thanks

I went in Sir Fransis level some time last year (cant remember when exactly).

The air was really bad and although we did make it to the flooded shaft at the end, it was touch and go. At one point on the way back, I was struggling to hold a conversation with the people I was with and it really wasn't pleasant.

Apparently a dig somewhere near the end has changed the airflow in there, causing the bad air.
