Since Posting my original post here, I have another four books and newsletters printed with them, they are very competitive with prices and quality has been 100%.

One thing I'd like to see with articles about caving, mining and the like. If you are happy with your writing being shared whilst retaining copyright, please put a statement to that effect in your writing. Or select a CC license. This obviously for articles rather than paid for books.

Worth noting that Microsoft are going to stop supporting Publisher in the next year or so. I have looked at Affinity but I am sure there are others out there. Bit of pain if one has a large number of Publisher files!
