North West Inlet, Craig Y Ffynnon?

The short bit of rope you're referring to I think may be the rope up the short scramble to the second choke.

Not Craig-Y-ffynnon.  Wrong end of the Brecons.

I thought I recognised the passage but the SRT kit confused me so now I'm going with my original thought of Ogof Pasg.

Agree with Huge that it looks like the short canal section in Ogof Pasg, in which case SRT kit would have been a massive waste of time (and tricky through the following duck and squeeze).

Huge has it.

It is Ogof Pasg.  the pool before the canal was sumped so I was playing with my kit on the (very short) rope up.

How's about this?:

Mike

Is it just me, or is this picture somewhat erotic?

I'll go and have a cold shower ...

It has been said (CCC Journal V.11 et. al.) that "Sombody, somwhere has said cavers spend the first few hours of their life squeezing out of a vagina and spend the rest of their lives lrying to get back up".

Ah, the beauties of Welsh caves ;-)
If at first you don't find Australia keep digging.

Draenen entrance series just upstream of the tight wet slot down, about where the new pipe has been installed?

Bang on Long Drop, are you familiar with the Place?  ;)  Over to you.

Looking across the shallow pool, at the start of the wet crawl, in the Draenen entrance series. Crawled through there yesterday.

Hi Huge, yes, I've been through there a couple of times, each time vowed to be the last...

Sadly all my caving photos are on 35mm slides in the loft so please would someone else jump in here and put up a photograph.
