more precisely Red Sands off Whitstable. They are called Maunsell Army forts - three were built in the Thames estuary and three in the Mersey estuary.

Home of several pirate radio stations. I think the first was Radio Sutch started by the late, great Screaming Lord Sutch .

I believe it's shivering sands (rather than red sands), as missing one tower
