Pulpit Hole it is, a pulpit is a type of platform, you get pulp from crushed fruit, digest inititially gives 'it'.

You digest the word 'initially' (eat away at the word, removing the 'in' and the 'ially') to leave 'it'

I immediatly thought of Twin Titties, but the letter count doesn't work...............

The only combo I can come up with, and fits the letter count, is East Middle Twin - but that seems like bits of cave name all bolted together!

This is a small cave but is well known enough to be in PU where the first two words are concatenated i.e. (10, 4) Cave. The OS map shows two separate words.
