Technical wellie recommendations for a flatfooted caver?

I recently went to a physio for a foot problem I've been having which has been interfering with my caving and making it difficult to walk in unsupported shoes. I've been told I'm flatfooted and to look for some wellies which have medial arch support. Day to day i've been wearing insoles which do the same job but I doubt that insoles will last an intense caving trip so came here looking for any recommendations on wellie brands/types which might be useful for this problem yet still have the grip suitable for caving, or any durable insoles anyone might recommend. I am a student so nothing incredibly pricey, but willing to spend extra if it means I can cave without worrying about my foot anymore!

I was using some insoles for a while, nothing to do with a foot problem. I had them left over from when i had to wear trainers as a lifeguard. And just put them in my boots for added comfort.

They lasted quite a few trips, before they gave up the ghost, i think it was mainly because i was prussiking and the mid part of the insole was plastic, so broke after time. But not until after 20+ trips.

I don't think there are any boots that have specific support, but you might find canyoning boots useful as they have laces though not as high so your feet may get wetter!
