I am getting the feeling you are slightly stretching “associated”. It does somewhat look like Simpsons. The second picture looks very familar.

Mr langcliffe: No. It's associated with the Three Counties System, but not yet connected.

I was going to suggest Aygill, but then I remembered your comment above . . . as far as I am aware, Aygill is connected to BPoW, which is connected to Lancater Hole . . . just not (yet) above water!!

As far as I am aware, Aygill Caverns has not been connected to Bull Pot of Witches, and hence is not part of the Three Counties System. I would be very happy to be contradicted, though, and learn who made the connection, and when.
