Damnit I always get really excited for the guessing and then realise I have no photos of caves in this country. Will the elitists get upset if I put a man made undergroundness pic up?

Trying to work out what the rock is. Bottom layer does look like solid limestone, but those stacks are pretty slaby and a bit grainy maybe. Could be a light sandstone or oolite. There is some caclite there indicated by the incipient formations near the central pillar. Could be an obscure S Wales silia mine maybe?

It looks extremely nasty. Is it one of those Roman ones on Mendip? That is conglomerate over limestone is it not?
