Spot on Andy - "endless valley" is VALLE, "holds" means that group of letters contains the rest of the clue, and "fashion" is the anagram indicator for THEONEIN - ie ENTINEHO. Your go.......

Sorry, but a Spoonerism isn't the reversal of letters in any old word, it's when you swap the first letters of a couple of words – so, for example, cat flap becomes fat clap or big pit becomes pig bit.
