Finished the MCRA Reservoir Hole image archive if they can upload it. 1,566 images taken over ten years. The biggest single cave archive from one photographer in the world ? ( and I left a lot out ! ) Lots of Mr O' Doc. Not that he deserves it.

Pity it missed. I should have said nothing.

Just got back from checking out some local shakeholes and sinks.

Found an interesting example of antigravity acting as a roof support. (Mine). A timber prop had rotted away completely bar the top extion which is now hanging like a stalactite supported by the , err, roof.

Went and prodded a large choke with a long pole and got a far bigger rumble than expected, plus a good dollop of adrenaline.
Very impressive, but still more to come down!

Went to the CNCC meeting in Clapham - what a positive experience that was. Well attended mainly in person, however some zoomed in too, a wide variety of topics discussed in a friendly, positive and respectful way.

Back home for horse faffage (horses take a lot of looking after), then off down Heron which was excellent. Thanks so much to Matt, Gary, Toby and Aide for the company, rigging and photos

Collected 6 more 25Ltr drums for making Digging Buckets . Can not wash them out yet because the out side tap is drained due to the freezing conditions !
