I'll start with Louise Brooks. Ok, OMD maybe singing a rather nice song. Those eyes and smile, filmed in 1928, are simply astounding. Any takers?

Figured out where I'd seen something similar like this before. It's the dark hair and sort of bob style peeking out of the hood on Bob Carlos Clarke's photo of Susie Pick on the cover onThe Damned's Phantasmagoria album.
